CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cleveland is finally set to restore League Park, at least two decades after city officials first discussed it. Mayor Frank Jackson's administration has committed $5 million to
complete the first phase of the project, which is expected to be

which are still standing, and re-construction of the ball diamond.<br />
